When ordering multiple items, in most cases, you will receive an email notification that the combined shipping costs for your order are lower than shown at checkout. In order to offer the variety of products that we do, our products ship from different warehouses around the country. In many cases, however, items will ship together from the same warehouse. In such cases, you will only be charged the reduced amount.

If it is believed that an item is defective, arrangements will be made for the return and inspection of that item. Should a defect be confirmed, the item will be exchanged (if available) or refunded.
Only un-opened items can be returned for a refund. The refund amount will reflect the total purchase price less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
